Each and every one of us has been patients before, yet don’t do anything different when we treat our patients. No wonder many of the higher-end practices are starting to practice “concierge medicine” or “spa dentistry” where the patients expect much more service at a much greater price.

Secret # 3 - OVERDELIVERING EVEN AFTER THE APPOINTMENT

We need to be aware that sometimes this can work against us and some patients want to just be left alone; therefore, I think it would be better to have common courtesy and ask or have a staff member as if it was alright for Doctor to call later to see how they are doing.
